GROUP EXERCISE

A selection of specialist group exercise classes are available at   Sportsmed East and Woolpit Clinics.

Classes are low impact incorporating functional exercises using a range of equipment. Classes may include resistance band, dumbbell bodyweight exercises. The classes aim to provide a total body workout focusing on cardio-respiratory function, muscular strength/endurance, balance, flexibility and mobility.

Suitable for all levels as most exercises can be modified to meet your individual needs.
