Training on a one-to-one basis, working to guide and motivate you to meet your individual fitness goals.

Your sessions will be individualised and the exercise programme will be tailored to support you in a way that is right for you.

Training sessions can be delivered face to face at Woolpit Clinics (woolpit-clinics.co.uk), online via Zoom or similar Apps or as a blended approach incorporating both methods.
